Je lis ce matin qu&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 finlandaise, Solar Foods, se lance dans la production massive de prot\u00e9ines alimentaires cr\u00e9\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;air (voir article ci-dessous) ; un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de recherches il y a 15 ans men\u00e9es par la NASA pour nourrir les astronautes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le steak d&rsquo;air serait l&rsquo;avenir. Bien \u00e9videmment, j&rsquo;imagine, le marketing aidant, qu&rsquo;on nous proposera selon les budgets toute une gamme de steaks (vent du Nord : saveur fra\u00eeche, du Sud plus aromatis\u00e9 et \u00e9pic\u00e9, de m\u00e9tal fum\u00e9 ar\u00f4me tableau de bord si c&rsquo;est de PSA Montb\u00e9liard, texture pneu de Clermont-Ferrand, voire pour les gastronomes sophistiqu\u00e9s et explorateurs des p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique parisien, air bouse, senteur \u00e9pandage de purin, ou le \u00ab\u00a0Proximit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 partir des effluves du poulailler du voisin.
