\"\"En 2002, il y a 23 ans (on va le voir sur la photo, j’\u00e9tais plus jeune, le teint tonique), j’ai eu l’honneur (et la joie !) de tenir pendant quelques mois une chronique en fin de l’excellent magazine Terre Sauvage<\/a> (je reprenais le flambeau derri\u00e8re l’\u00e9crivain et journaliste Gilles Lapouge<\/a> !). <\/em><\/strong>
\nCelle de novembre 2002 traitait de la cueillette des champignons<\/span>, un sujet que je connaissais plut\u00f4t pas mal pour avoir v\u00e9cu un temps dans le bergeracois et avoir connu des cueillettes de bolets d’anthologie (on ne me croirait pas, si je me vantais), ponctu\u00e9es par la suite de pommes de terre \u00e0 la sarladaise (graisse d’oie) ; le tout arros\u00e9 par le p\u00e9charmant produit et vendu localement en quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e par l’\u00e9crivain William Boyd<\/a>. <\/em><\/strong>
\nVoici la chronique de novembre 2002 \u00e0 titre d’archives et surtout parce que c’est le moment d’y aller, et que \u00e7a n’a certainement pas d\u00fb vieillir…<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
