Jeter l\u2019oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 15 min. \u00c9goutter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9duction grenade (si pas de m\u00e9lasse)<\/strong><br \/>\nFaire bouillir le jus, r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sirop souple. Laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pain<\/strong><br \/>\nToaster vite. La cro\u00fbte doit rester mate, pas dor\u00e9e : on veut un fond de carte.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Montage (g\u00e9om\u00e9trie comestible)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Base :<\/strong> tartiner la tranche du bas de tahini, puis tracer dessus une spirale fine de m\u00e9lasse de grenade (du centre vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur).<br \/>\n<strong>Damier :<\/strong> d\u00e9pose rdes plots de labneh (cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9) en grille 3\u00d73. Zeste de citron tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger + pluie de sumac ou za\u2019atar.<br \/>\n<strong>Pastrami :<\/strong> poser les tranches en plis parall\u00e8les (comme des rayonnages). Poivre long r\u00e2p\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>Vert &amp; anneaux :<\/strong> rubans de concombre en \u201csentier\u201d ondul\u00e9, puis anneaux d\u2019oignon pickl\u00e9 \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers.<br \/>\n<strong>Constellation :<\/strong> \u00e9parpiller quelques graines de grenade (pas trop).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Coiffer avec la seconde tranche.
